What you can expect:
Five to ten-minute videos will be posted in the group twice a week that include actionable steps for you to implement daily and resources for you to download and keep!
WEEK 1
you’ll learn how much you should be eating, and WHAT you should be eating, for your hormones, and to help fire up your metabolism again for fat loss
WEEK 2
Is stress slowing down your hormone function? Not after you begin to apply what you learn in week 2!
And if you’ve ever wondered what kind of movement and exercise is best for your hormones, you’ll get a crash course on that as well.
WEEK 3
You’re tired of feeling uncomfortable in your clothes because you are constantly bloated after eating, and you can’t understand why you constantly have low energy every afternoon and cravings in the evenings. After week 3 these will be a thing of the past
WEEK 4
In week 4 we’ll cover hydration and mineral support, as well as how to get restorative sleep, the kind of sleep that you wake up rested and refreshed and ready for the day!
WEEK 5
Did you know there are toxic endocrine-disrupting products in your home that you use daily? In week 5 I’ll give you healthy swaps to begin trading out those toxic products for non-toxic supplies that won’t have a negative effect on your hormones.
And if you’ve ever heard you need to do a liver cleanse, we’re going to talk about the importance of liver function for not only your hormones but your metabolism as well
WEEK 6
And in week 6 we’ll wrap up with the Wellness Questionnaire, a comprehensive questionnaire that assesses YOUR digestion, blood sugar, stress, and hormones, so you’ll know exactly what going on with YOUR body and how YOU can best support it with actionable steps
Every week will consist of a Q&A day for you to finally get the answers to the questions you’ve struggled with for years. I’ll also do a weekly food audit to help you build a balanced meal that supports your hormones and metabolism for successful fat loss

“This is just what happens after you have kids and get older,” or so I thought…
I spent most of my 30s running on fumes. Low energy, waking up exhausted even after a full night’s sleep, battling intense anxiety (especially before my period), and snapping at my husband and kids over the smallest things. The uncontrollable irritability and overwhelm became my “normal” month after month.
I told myself, This is just part of being a mom and getting older.
Even when I saw my doctor, my bloodwork came back “normal.” I was told to eat better and exercise more—but I was already doing that. Nothing changed.
What I didn’t realize was that my symptoms—along with bloating after meals, not pooping every day, and feeling “off” all the time—were signs of deeper hormonal imbalances. And those imbalances weren’t just making me feel awful—they were also preventing my body from burning fat, building muscle, and functioning at its best.
By the time I was 36, I was even having hot flashes. I blamed aging again, thinking, This is just the way it is.
But I was wrong. None of this was normal at my age. And with the right nutrition and lifestyle changes, I discovered that every single one of these symptoms could be reversed.

By 40, I had not only achieved my dream body, but I felt better than ever. I had more energy than I thought possible as a mom of two.
